Refund & Returns Policy

Overview We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully as it varies by product type.


Digital Products (eBooks & Downloadable Resources) All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as the content is immediately available upon purchase. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at rebecca@holyfiredisciples.com and we will resolve it promptly.


Apparel & Merchandise (Print-on-Demand) Our apparel and merchandise is printed to order by Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at rebecca@holyfiredisciples.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a reprint or refund at no cost to you.


Books & Physical Items We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at rebecca@holyfiredisciples.com. Do not send items back without first receiving return instructions, as unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving the item. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.


Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at rebecca@holyfiredisciples.com so we can make it right.


Sale Items & Gift Cards Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.


European Union Customers If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
